Halime is trained to the international Polestar Pilates standard and a member of the German Pilates Association – for a quality you can feel in every session.
For over 30 years, Polestar Pilates has been the global gold standard in Pilates education. With more than 35,000 instructors trained worldwide, the method combines precise biomechanics with a holistic understanding of movement.
As a recognised studio of the Deutscher Pilates Verband (DPV), we meet the defined quality standards for Pilates studios across the German-speaking world. Since 2006, the DPV has set the standards for Pilates teacher training – our trainers are additionally DPV-certified.
